When it comes to custom spa glass fencing, there is a clear difference between standard pool fencing and true architectural glass design. Spa environments are often integrated into living spaces, entertainment areas, and high-end residential builds — and fencing these areas requires more than off-the-shelf solutions.
Absolut Custom Glass is a Gold Coast–based, family-run business with over 30 years of experience specialising in premium glass pool and spa fencing. Known for its design-first approach, Absolut has become an industry leader in custom curved glass spa fencing, delivering bespoke glass solutions that balance safety, compliance, and architectural excellence.
With a 5-star Google rating from over 116 verified reviews at the time of writing, Absolut Custom Glass is widely recognised as one of Australia’s most trusted and experienced glass fencing specialists.
Why Custom Spa Glass Fencing Is Different
Spas are not simply “small pools.” They are often:
- Raised or sunken features
- Located indoors or semi-indoors
- Integrated into living, bar, or entertainment areas
- Designed with curved or organic shapes
In these situations, standard straight glass panels can compromise both aesthetics and functionality. That’s where custom spa glass fencing becomes essential — particularly when the spa itself is curved.
Absolut Custom Glass specialises in curved glass spa fencing systems that follow the exact radius of the spa, creating a seamless barrier that enhances the space rather than detracting from it.
Industry Leaders in Curved Glass Spa Fencing
Curved glass is one of the most technically demanding areas of glass fabrication and installation. It requires precision engineering, exact radius measurements, and experienced tradespeople who understand how curved glass behaves during installation.
Absolut Custom Glass is one of the few companies in Australia with the experience and capability to design and install:
- Curved glass spa fencing panels
- Custom curved glass pool and spa gates
- Curved hinge panels and architectural transitions
- Fully radius-matched glass fencing systems
These systems are not approximated using segmented straight panels. Instead, they are designed to follow the true curvature of the spa — delivering a refined, high-end result that is visually striking and functionally precise.

Design-Led Glass Fencing That Adds Real Property Value
Absolut Custom Glass was founded by Jason Walsh after identifying a clear gap in the market: pool and spa fencing that prioritised compliance but ignored design. From day one, the company set out to change that.
Today, Absolut’s philosophy remains the same — every custom spa glass fencing project must:
- Meet all applicable safety standards
- Comply with local council requirements
- Enhance the architectural value of the property
- Integrate seamlessly into the surrounding space
This design-driven approach is why Absolut is frequently selected for high-end residential projects, architect-designed homes, and complex spa and pool environments where standard fencing solutions simply won’t suffice.
Compliance Without Compromise
Spa fencing requirements can vary depending on location, layout, and whether the spa is connected to a pool. Absolut Custom Glass removes the stress from this process by offering a complete, end-to-end service.
From the initial consultation through to final installation, Absolut ensures:
- Designs are aligned with current safety standards
- All required compliance considerations are addressed
- Documentation and council requirements are handled correctly
- The finished result is both safe and visually exceptional
This holistic approach allows clients to enjoy their spa and pool spaces with confidence, knowing their custom spa glass fencing is compliant, durable, and expertly installed.
Qualified Tradespeople. Professional Results.
Absolut Custom Glass employs experienced, qualified tradespeople who understand the precision required for curved glass installations. This ensures:
- Accurate alignment of curved panels
- Smooth gate operation (including curved gates)
- Consistent spacing and clean sightlines
- A professional finish delivered on schedule
It’s this attention to detail — combined with decades of hands-on experience — that has earned Absolut its reputation as a leader in custom curved glass spa fencing.
