Our Commercial glass operations can create, customise and install a variety of different projects including glass balustrade, hand railing and shopfronts. We have been honoured to work in such amazing Gold Coast locations as the famous Q1, and Marina Mirage.
The Marina Mirage project involved the installation of the frameless glass balustrade and stainless steel hand railing throughout the shopping complex. It is a high-end retail area, and so the finishing features had to meet these standards – which is why we used frameless glass throughout the centre. This project involved working with the builders and management of the Marina Mirage centre in order to install the commercial glass on a timely basis and without interruptions to customers. IT also involved the installation and fit out of several store front windows which needed floor to ceiling length glass panels of high quality and professional installation.
Our commercial glass expertise also extends to mass-installation for residential buildings on the Gold Coast. We are commonly brought in to help the renovation of existing gold coast high-rises and have had incredibly large projects which have involved use dismantling old metal balustrading and replacing it with semi-frameless glass balustrading. These projects are intensive, long, and can easily take its toll upon the installation company. That is why Absolut’s experience in this area of commercial glass is what makes it such an expert in this field. We have even been brought in to work on the Q1 building on the Gold Coast, and are responsible for the installation of the Penthouse pool fence, which is an impressive masterpiece of curved frameless glass fencing.
